At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced multi-trader for a temp to perm role in Sheffield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi-skilled and have a joinery bias. A van and fuel card will be provided.
The Job and duties of multi-traders include:
- Completing basic repairs and maintenance duties to tenanted and void properties.
Requirements:
- You will need a Full UK driving license.
- Proven experience in the maintenance sector.
- Be able to provide at least two working references.
