We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative / Multi Trader to join a busy team working on void properties in Sheerness, Isle of Sheppey. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable Multi Trade Operative seeking ongoing work with consistent projects.

The Role – Multi Trade Operative

As a Multi Trade Operative / Multi Trader, you will be carrying out refurbishment works on void properties, including:

  • Patch plastering
  • Stud wall installation (carpentry works)
  • Internal decoration
  • General multi-trade duties on social housing voids

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or Multi Trader
  • Strong carpentry and plastering skills
  • Experience working on void or refurbishment projects
  • Able to work independently and to deadlines
  • Able to read and interpret schedule of works

Package

  • Start date: Tuesday 26th May
  • Pay: Competitive CIS day rate (negotiable DOE)
