We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Liverpool-based team, working across a diverse portfolio of build and refurbishment projects within the commercial and public sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all cost and commercial aspects of assigned construction and refurbishment projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Conduct cost planning and value engineering exercises throughout design development.
- Oversee procurement, including subcontractor tendering and contract negotiation.
- Provide ongoing cost reporting and financial management to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
- Assess and certify subcontractor payments and variations.
- Prepare and agree final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, contractors, and design teams to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, contracts, and health.
