The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Disrepair Planner to coordinate complex housing disrepair cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers.
  • Manage workloads and optimise trade diaries.
  • Plan and coordinate disrepair works from inspection through to completion.
  • Liaise with contractors, internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure resources, materials and approvals are in place.
  • Monitor complex cases and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support and develop the wider scheduling team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience within housing repairs, disrepair or property services.
  • A good understanding of the housing disrepair process.
  • Previous experience in planning, scheduling or coordinating repairs.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively.
  • A strong customer-focused approach.
