The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Disrepair Planner to coordinate complex housing disrepair cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers.
- Manage workloads and optimise trade diaries.
- Plan and coordinate disrepair works from inspection through to completion.
- Liaise with contractors, internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Ensure resources, materials and approvals are in place.
- Monitor complex cases and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support and develop the wider scheduling team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience within housing repairs, disrepair or property services.
- A good understanding of the housing disrepair process.
- Previous experience in planning, scheduling or coordinating repairs.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively.
