Key Responsibilities

About You
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified (or finalist)
- Experience within housing, facilities management, property services, construction or outsourced services
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
- Proven ability to partner with operational teams and influence decision making
- Commercially focused with strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
