We’re recruiting experienced Roofers to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a day to day contract.

The Role

  • You’ll carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team;
  • Repairs to pitched and flat roofs
  • Tiling and slating repairs
  • Felt, GRP, and lead work
  • Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs
  • Identifying and repairing roof leaks
  • General roofing maintenance

£20.50 per hour (CIS) – paid weekly

42.5 hours per week Monday–Friday

Temp to perm opportunity

Van, fuel card, uniform & PDA provided

Fully stocked van

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in roofing or associated trade
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments
