Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join our client’s reactive maintenance team covering the Kingston area. You will be carrying out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance on occupied domestic properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service within social housing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned roofing repairs on occupied properties
- Work on pitched and flat roofs (repairs, patching, minor renewals)
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
- Complete job updates and reports as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic / social housing / council property roofing repairs
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
- Experience carrying out associated minor repairs (advantageous)
