Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join our client’s reactive maintenance team covering the Kingston area. You will be carrying out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance on occupied domestic properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service within social housing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive and planned roofing repairs on occupied properties
  • Work on pitched and flat roofs (repairs, patching, minor renewals)
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
  • Complete job updates and reports as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in domestic / social housing / council property roofing repairs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
  • Experience carrying out associated minor repairs (advantageous)
