Build Recruitment is currently looking for 2 Resident Liaison Officers for a Lead Contractor based in Long Bennington. This is a permanent opportunity, with an expected start date within the next 4 - 5 weeks.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience with Resident / Customer Liaison within social housing. We are open to those from other backgrounds as well. Being able to speak with people face to face and being a friendly face to residents while assisting with any of their queries is essential.
This role will include logging residents' issues and queries, relaying them back to the engineering team, and providing timely responses to resolve any issues. One RLO will be working within the Kitchens & Bathrooms team, and the other role will be working in the Retrofit team.
Company car or monthly car allowance will be provided for the successful applicants.
Requirements:- Must hold a full UK license to be able to drive to properties across the area.
- Be customer facing and personable.
- Comfortable working alone.
Hours: 8:30am till 5pm.
