Build Recruitmentare proud to be representing a leading social housing companybased in the Readingarea who are looking for a highly skilled Contracts Managerto join their team overseeing Reactive and Void Repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Leading project delivery across several residential sites, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold standards and performance
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and representing the business at progress meetings
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring quality control throughout each stage of delivery
- Collaborating closely with commercial teams to maximise project profitability
- Previous experience working in the social housing/local authoritysector
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Proven track record for being reliable and punctual
- Must hold a manualdriving licence
Key Knowledge:
- Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledge
- IT and Excel Literate
