We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established organisation delivering social housing and property maintenance services.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused surveyor with experience in social housing or housing maintenance, looking to develop their career within a stable and growing business.
About You
- Post-graduate experience in a surveying/commercial role
- Experience within social housing or housing maintenance
- Ideally, exposure to responsive repairs, voids, compliance or planned maintenance
- Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes
- Experience managing subcontractors, valuations and variationsStrong commercial awareness and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach
