Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team based at our office in Exeter.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing company, working on a variety of exciting projects across Cornwall and the South West.

Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to ensure the successful commercial delivery of each project.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year9s experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
  • Previous groundworks or civil engineering experience is essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
