Property Surveyor
Cornwall
Contract role, 8am-5pm, £27 – £32 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Property Surveyorsbased in Cornwall.
Responsibilities
- Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
- Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
- Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- Experience carrying out Kitchen, Bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
- Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
