We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established contractor working across social housing properties in South London. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable plumber to carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day plumbing repairs within both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs in social housing properties
  • Diagnosing and fixing leaks, pipework issues, and faulty fixtures
  • Repairing or replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
  • Completing minor installations and plumbing upgrades when required
  • Working within occupied and void properties while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements

  • NVQ ORC&G Level 2/3 in Plumbing
  • Proven experience working as a Plumber within social housing or property maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems and repairs
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Full UK driving licence
