With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi trade plumber in Woking.

Day to Day role:

  • Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs within occupied and void social housing properties

  • Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faulty pipework (hot and cold water systems)

  • Install, repair, and replace sanitaryware including toilets, basins, baths, and sinks

  • Work on heating-related plumbing such as radiator changes, valve replacements, and basic fault finding

  • Undertake multi-trade repairs alongside plumbing, including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and making good

  • Carry out bathroom and kitchen maintenance works as required
