We are currently looking for painter and decorators to start in NW London.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
- Location: North West London and surrounding areas
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Type: Ongoing
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Identify underlying issues and report where further work may be required
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
- Maintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary)
- Valid CSCS card (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and customer service approach
