We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to support energy-efficient and low-carbon housing upgrades across a social housing portfolio. You’ll be part of a reactive maintenance and helping improve the sustainability and performance of occupied homes.
The Role:
You’ll carry out a range of maintenancedesigned to improve tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and building performance, including:
- Basic carpentry ( door undercuts )
- Damp & Mould repairs
- Concrete slabs in preparation (Heat pumps)
- Install window trickle vents
Video interviews taking place asap
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence
