How to prepare for a job interview at Build Recruitment Limited

✨Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, brush up on your knowledge of stock management and the materials commonly used in social housing maintenance. Familiarise yourself with the responsibilities of a store person, as well as any relevant regulations or safety standards.

✨Show Off Your Driving Skills

Since driving a tipper van is part of the job, be prepared to discuss your driving experience. If you have a clean driving record or any specific driving qualifications, make sure to highlight these during the interview.

✨Bring References

As they require at least two working references, have them ready to share. It’s a good idea to inform your references beforehand so they know to expect a call. This shows you’re organised and professional.
