Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our life sciences–focused FM projects team in Nottingham.

You will deliver fit-out, M&E, refurbishment and turnkey projects within a live FM environment, managing programmes, budgets and client relationships.

You will scope works, prepare estimates and tenders, oversee procurement and ensure CDM, QHSE compliance while identifying new opportunities and growing the account with a demanding client.
