Location: Northampton
Contract: temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £26 per hour (CIS) Can be negotiable dependant on experience

About the Role
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established client within the FM space.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of works required across PPM and reactive Mechanical, AHU & FCU maintenance and repairs, experience of working in plant rooms.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance across the Commercial space, able to issue permits.
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard, such as basic electrical.
- Manage sub contractors across the site, complete minor works & manage accordingly.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
Requirements
- NVQ or City & Guilds L3 in Mechanical Engineering / plumbing / electrical
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
