IMMEDIATE START β PROJECT MANAGER CLADDING
County Durham Cladding Division Immediate Start
Weβre looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Cladding Division on a major upcoming converter station project in County Durham.
We need someone commercially astute who can take ownership of the project through pre-construction and delivery, with a strong understanding of programmes, procurement, subcontractors and commercial performance.
The Project
The project involves:
- Eurobond cladding to the walls
- Kalzip roofing
- Significant pre-construction activity ahead of the works commencing
What Weβre Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven Project Management experience within cladding / roofing / construction
- Strong pre-construction experience
- Excellent understanding of programmes, sequencing and project delivery
- Strong commercial awareness β able to understand costs, variations, forecasting and project performance
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to HSE, quality and compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS
- Relevant CSCS qualification
The Ideal Candidate
Weβre particularly interested in someone who has worked on large-scale industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects and can demonstrate they are capable of managing both the commercial and operational sides of a project.
