Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across the Kingston area.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of PolySafe, vinyl and lino flooring to a high standard.
- Fitting Cap & Cove flooring systems.
- Carrying out flooring works within wet rooms.
- Completing responsive repairs and planned maintenance flooring works.
- Working in occupied and void social housing properties.
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Layer within social housing, domestic maintenance or a similar environment.
- Confident fitting PolySafe, vinyl and lino flooring.
- Experienced in Cap & Cove installations and wet room flooring.
- Own tools, including a Vinyl Welder, are essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
