Day to Day Duties
- Carrying out planned kitchen and bathroom installations within social housing properties
- Basic carpentry including fitting kitchen units, doors, architraves, and skirting
- Boxing in, patch repairs, and making good after installations
- Tiling, silicone sealing, and minor plumbing works
- Repairing or replacing damaged units, worktops, and fixtures
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company standards
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Multi-trade background with good all-round skills
- Good social skills and customer service
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualified preferred
