Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a busy social housing disrepair team covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The role involves plastering, rendering, tiling, damp work and decorating within occupied and void properties, with a 42.5 hour week.
Successful candidates will have strong plastering skills, social housing or maintenance experience, and a valid UK driving licence. A CSCS card/City & Guilds Level 2 is required; company van provided.
