The predicted salary is between 20 - 28 £ per hour.

Location: York

Contract: temp to perm

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am til 6pm

Rate: £24 per hour

Perks: Contract / Perm options available, plenty of overtime available

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of works required across PPM and reactive Mechanical or plumbing bias, AHU & FCU maintenance and repairs, experience of working in plant rooms.
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance across the site.
  • Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard.
  • Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.

Requirements

  • NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering / plumbing, will also consider time served.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).
