Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am til 6pm
Rate: £24 per hour

Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of works required across PPM and reactive Mechanical or plumbing bias, AHU & FCU maintenance and repairs, experience of working in plant rooms.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance across the site.
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
Requirements
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering / plumbing, will also consider time served.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).
