Mechanical / Electrical Engineer – Temp to Perm
Location:Bradford (covering Bradford, Huddersfield & Leeds)
Rate:£23.63 per hour (Umbrella, temp)
Salary (perm):£36,000 – £37,000 per annum OTE £50,000 with overtime and call-out
Our client, a leading Facilities Management organisation, is seeking a skilledMechanical / Electrical Engineerto join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Starting as a temporary member of staff for 20 weeks, the role offers excellent earning potential once permanent.
The Role:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across client sites

Support facilities operations across Bradford, Huddersfield, and Leeds

Participate in a 1-in-3 weekend on-call rota
-
Work Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 or 7:00–16:00 (site dependent)

Travel between sites using a company van (provided for work use only)
Requirements:

Proven Facilities Management experience

Qualified electrician or multi-skilled engineer (mechanical/electrical background)

Valid CSCS card
-
Strong experience with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks

Ability to pass YBS vetting clearance
