We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join a commercial site located in Marlow on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity to work within a well-established FM environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems.

Key Duties:

  • Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Fault finding on electrical systems and associated building services equipment
  • Supporting general mechanical and fabric maintenance where required
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety procedures
  • Updating maintenance records and job reports accurately

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or FM environments
  • Strong electrical fault-finding ability
  • Good understanding of building services maintenance
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
