We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join a commercial site located in Marlow on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity to work within a well-established FM environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems.
Key Duties:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
- Fault finding on electrical systems and associated building services equipment
- Supporting general mechanical and fabric maintenance where required
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety procedures
- Updating maintenance records and job reports accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or FM environments
- Strong electrical fault-finding ability
- Good understanding of building services maintenance
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
