Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy team carrying on liaison pre‑commencement works – which will cover address lists around Manchester, Oldham and some sites in Merseyside.

Key Details

  • Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
  • Hourly Rate: £18.59 (contract Umbrella Rate) or £14.09 basic plus £1.70 holiday pay
  • Contract Type: Umbrella PAYE or PAYE
  • Duration: Initially 17 weeks guaranteed – potential for contract extension
  • Start Date: ASAP – after compliance checks have been made

  • Proven experience working with residents in K & B schemes for housing stock in a similar role for planned refurbishment works
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Van and fuel card – only for business miles
