At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Plumber for a contract in Manchester. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will hold a JIB card.
The Job and duties of a Plumber:
- Plumbing
- Fixing leaks
- Replacement of the central heating and hot water systems in domestic properties, including pipework, radiators, hot water cylinders, valves and insulation.
Plumbers must be experienced.
Requirements for a Plumber:
- You will need a Full UK driving license
- CSCS/JIB card
- Proven experience in the maintenance sector
- Be able to provide at least two working references
