About the Role
As a Renewables Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of renewable energy systems within both occupied and void properties. Your work will cover a variety of renewable technologies, including:
- Solar PV systems
- Battery storage units
- EV charging points
- Heat pumps (air and ground source)
- Associated electrical works, fault-finding and remedial repairs
You’ll work to deliver a high-quality service within a residentialsetting. All works should be completed efficiently, safely, and in line with industry best practice to ensure an excellent customer experience.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) (desirable)
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and servicing renewable technologies (solar PV, battery storage, EV chargers, heat pumps)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance
- Experience working in both occupied and void properties
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering work on time, first time
- Experience within social housing maintenance (desirable)
You must also:
- Hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 12 months)
