Are you an experienced Facade Site Manager looking for your next flagship project?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Principal Facade Contractor, with work starting imminently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile project involving a range of façade systems, working with one of the industry's most respected contractors.
Scope of Works
- Doors & Windows
- Curtain Walling
- Rainscreen Cladding
- GRC Panels
Key Responsibilities
- Essential part of your role with be Quality Assurance.
- Managing all day-to-day site operations from installation through to completion.
- Coordinating and supervising site teams, subcontractors and labour.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Carrying out regular quality inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Managing site Health & Safety and ensuring full compliance with company procedures and legislation.
- Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.
- Reviewing and implementing RAMS.
- Coordinating material deliveries, storage and logistics.
- Liaising with the client, main contractor, design teams and internal management.
- Monitoring programme progress and reporting any delays or issues.
- Managing snagging, defects and ensuring successful project handover.
- Keeping accurate site records, diaries and progress reports.
- Attending progress meetings and providing regular updates.
- Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations, CWCT standards and project specifications.
- Driving productivity whilst maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

Proven experience managing façade packages including Curtain Walling, Cladding, Windows & Doors
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
