We are seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a well-established social housing contractor operating across Kingston and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in void property refurbishment, planned works, and team leadership.

As a Voids Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of void refurbishment projects, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards. You will play a key role in managing operatives, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage operatives and subcontractors carrying out void property refurbishment works.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure void properties are completed on time and within budget.
  • Carry out pre- and post-inspections to assess work requirements and quality standards.
  • Ensure all works comply with client specifications, company procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and performance across multiple projects.
  • Liaise with housing associations, local authorities, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure a high standard of workmanship is maintained.

Requirements
