Responsibilities
- Support the management of void properties, assisting with inspections, work orders, and progress tracking
- Provide administrative support on legal disrepair cases, including logging cases, maintaining records, and monitoring timescales
- Liaise with contractors, surveyors, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of works
- Update housing and repairs systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with monitoring performance, costs, and service level agreements
- Respond to enquiries from residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with local authority policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in a housing, repairs, voids, or property services environment (local authority or housing association preferred)
