We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on an ongoing social housing repairs and maintenance contract. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right candidate or potential to move into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works across occupied social housing properties
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring works are completed on time, to specification, and within health & safety guidelines
- Liaising with residents, clients, and contract managers in a professional manner
- Carrying out site inspections and quality checks
- Completing basic paperwork and progress reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within social housing repairs/maintenance
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple trades and workstreams
- Good communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
- First Aid (preferred)
- Valid driving licence
