We are currently working with a social housing maintenance company who are looking for Site Managers based in South Devon.
Day to Day duties of the Site Manager:
- Deliver planned works projects on a social housing site
- Provide general oversight of trades operatives, ensuring health & safety is followed on site
- Carry out toolbox talks
- Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Minimum of 2 years managing trades onsite
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the industry
- Social housing experience
