Build recruitment are recruiting for Planners based near Finsbury Park on a 5 month temp basis, which may go permanent. The role will be based within a Social Housing Contractor assisting with booking in and scheduling works for Engineers & Trades across the City and surrounding areas.
We are looking for candidates with a background within housing / contractor relations ideally within planning, however the client can be open minded and flexible across other sectors.
The role will require use of the CRM systems in order to schedule and book in work, liaise with tenants and external providers to ensure high levels of communication at all times, providing real time updates and solutions to all parties.
Hours: 8am til 5pm
Pay: £16.91 per hour
