We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a leading Social Housing company working across domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long‑term, stable work with excellent company benefits and progression opportunities.
A company van and fuel card are provided for work use only.
The RoleDay-to‑day duties will include:
- Internal and external painting & decorating
- Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding and making good
- Responsive and planned maintenance works
- Carrying out mould treatment and stain blocking works
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties
- Delivering high levels of customer service whilst working in tenants’ homes
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Experience working as a Painter & Decorator
- Experience within Social Housing or domestic properties preferred
- C&G Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or Blue CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence (Auto or Manual)
- Company Van & Fuel Card (work use only)
