We are looking for an experienced and qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a busy facilities maintenance team. This is a mobile role with approximately 90% of work in South East London, with occasional work in East London, Essex and North London. We are ideally seeking candidates based in South London for efficient coverage of our core area.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), servicing and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems and plant across client sites
- Diagnose and repair faults on commercial boilers, heating systems and gas appliances
- Ensure all work complies with gas safety regulations and industry standards
- Complete service reports, compliance documentation and maintain accurate records
- Participate in an out of hours call out rota as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Recognised commercial gas engineer qualifications (e.g., ACS commercial tickets such as COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent)
- Proven experience working as a commercial gas engineer within a facilities management or building services environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault finding, diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
