Location: Westminster

Contract: temp to perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am till 2pm, rotating

Rate: £26 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our client's planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well established client within the FM space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of works required across PPM and reactive Mechanical, AHU & FCU maintenance and repairs, experience of working in plant rooms.
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance across the Commercial office space.
  • Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard.
  • Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.

Requirements:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds L3 in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).
