We are currently working with a Housing Association looking for a FRA Carpenter / Fire Door Carpenter based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate fire doors for correct installation, maintenance and repair.
- Carry out minor repairs and frame manipulation where necessary.
- Document work using a PDA.
- Provide good customer service.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have experience as a fire door carpenter or FRA, fire door specialist, fire stopping, BMTRADA qualified carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, multi-trader, multi-trade operative, multi-skilled operative or maintenance operative with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, residential properties, council properties or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
