We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a site-based team in Chiswick. The role will involve carrying out general building maintenance and fabric-related tasks to ensure the site is kept in a safe, functional, and well-presented condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general fabric maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and patch repairs
- Undertaking reactive maintenance and planned works
- Identifying and reporting further repair requirements
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or similar maintenance role
- Good all-round building maintenance knowledge
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Must be able to pass a basic DBS check
