We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a site-based team in Chiswick. The role will involve carrying out general building maintenance and fabric-related tasks to ensure the site is kept in a safe, functional, and well-presented condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general fabric maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and patch repairs
  • Undertaking reactive maintenance and planned works
  • Identifying and reporting further repair requirements
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or similar maintenance role
  • Good all-round building maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Must be able to pass a basic DBS check
