The role will involve working onkitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within council properties, completing electrical installations and associated works to a high standard.
The Role
- Domestic electrical installations and remedial work
- Electrical work as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Working across various council properties throughout West Lothian
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Liaising professionally with tenants, site teams and other trades
Requirements
- Qualified and experienced electrician
- 18th Editionqualification
- Relevant electrical testing/inspection qualifications
- Previous domestic experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Own transport required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable
