Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for façade remediation projects in London.
You will oversee projects from PCSA through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and commercial performance, while coordinating with design teams, consultants and clients.
You will lead Project Managers and Site Managers across live sites, drive Gateway 2 submissions and manage relationships with stakeholders.
A Tier 1/2 background and strong Build & Design experience are essential.
