Experienced and enthusiastic Labourer required in the Gloucester area to work in social housing properties assisting trades and keeping site clean and tidy.
Benefits/Details:
- Permanent opportunity
- £26,520 salary per annum
- Van and fuel card for work use
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pay day every 2 weeks
- 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday
Labourer Day to Day:
- Clearing of building debris during works, keeping site clean and tidy
- Assisting trades on site
- Reporting to the manager
- Using own initiative to keep busy and be helpful on site
- Driving company van safely and responsibly
Labourer Requirements:
- Driving licence essential; you will be driving a company van
- Good labouring experience preferred
- Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
- Good attitude
- Physically fit and able
- Honest and reliable
- DBS will be done for successful candidate
