We are currently looking for an experienced Roofer to join a leading Tier One company, working across Kingston Council properties.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled roofer looking for a stable, permanent position with a reputable company, carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
The Role:
- Carrying out reactive and planned roofing repairs
- General roof maintenance and inspections
- Repairing and replacing tiles, slates and other roofing materials
- Identifying and resolving leaks
- Working across Kingston Council properties
- Providing a professional and reliable service to residents
- Completing work to a high standard and following health & safety procedures
Package:
- £38,000 per year
- Van provided
- Fuel card provided

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Roofer
- Social housing/property maintenance experience is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable and professional approach
