We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Operative to attend a live site in Birchington to assist with a combination of access and grounds maintenance works.

Location: Birchington

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Temporary

Responsibilities:

  • Erecting, striking, and moving a lightweight mobile tower (up to 8m) to facilitate gutter clip and joint works
  • Carrying out heavy weeding and clearance of external flower beds
  • General site support duties as required

Requirements:

  • Valid PASMA or equivalent mobile tower erection qualification
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Experience working on construction, maintenance, or social housing sites
  • Ability to carry out manual gardening and clearance works
  • Own hand tools preferred for gardening duties
  • Good awareness of site health
