We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join my client's growing team based in Keith. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining hands-on, overseeing a variety of domestic and MOD electrical projects.
The Role
- Supervising domestic electrical installations and maintenance works
- Overseeing EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
- Managing electrical works for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Coordinating works across MOD and private sector contracts
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Supporting and mentoring electricians and apprentices
- Liaising with customers, site managers and the office to ensure projects run smoothly
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety and completing relevant documentation
The role will primarily cover Keith, Elgin and the surrounding Moray area, operating from their Keith office.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Electrician with strong domestic experience
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- Experience carrying out and reviewing EICRs
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and safe working practices
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to motivate a team while remaining hands-on when required
