Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Responsive Repairs Manager to lead an in-house team for a well-established social housing provider. You will manage the delivery of responsive maintenance and oversee disrepair operations across a residential portfolio.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in social housing repairs and strong knowledge of disrepair processes. A full UK Driving Licence and IOSH/SMSTS qualification are required.
