Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, £45,000

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking forSite Managers based in South Devon.
Day to Day duties of the Site Manager:
- Deliver the planned works project on a social housing site
- General oversight of trades operatives, ensuring health & safety is followed on site.
- Carry out toolbox talks
- Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Minimum of 2 years managing trades onsite
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the industry
- Social housing experience
