Build Recruitment is seeking a Planned Works Surveyor for a contract role in South Devon. Working hours are 8am-5pm, with a pay rate of £27–£32 per hour, on-site in a social housing setting.
You will carry out technical planned maintenance surveys, provide advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety, build relationships with tenants and contractors, and write up reports with recommendations.
