South Devon
Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 – £32 per hour
The Company:
Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level.
With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Planned Works Surveyors based in South Devon.
Day to Day:
- Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
- Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Have experience carrying out Kitchen, Bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
- Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
